A small selection of our impressive luxury custom built homes.
Designed by renowned J Mammone Architecture, 2 Price Ridge draws inspiration from the Brutalist architectural principles of forms and tone.
The exterior form and façade design incorporate modular elements which are distinct and unapologetic, creating the illusion that the building cascades from the rear of the property to the street frontage.
Built in the beautiful Emerald Hills estate on a sloping block, the unique arrangement of levels in response to the site topography creates a playful element in the design and makes for striking architecture.
Included in the brief was a majestic, 180-year old fig tree which stands at the centre of the estate. The owners were keen to maximise their view of this magnificent specimen from the rear of their property, with the floor to ceiling windows of their master bedroom to act as a frame for its natural beauty.
The design of this outstanding home has been executed to its full potential with great finesse. The high level of detail throughout has resulted in a stunning piece of architecture that has become well known in its local area.
Number 2 Price Ridge has a wealth of features that make it special. Very high ceilings – including a void of over six metres – give a feeling of endless space, complemented by commercial grade floor to ceiling windows throughout. Light spills onto polished concrete used to great effect throughout the ground floor, even extending into the garage. Throughout the home, the innovative effect of doors with oversized heights and widths was emphasised even further by square set door jambs and windows.
Stunning both inside and out. This 62 square home has been finished to the highest level of quality and inclusion.
This broad standing home was inspired by another of Fairmont Homes NSW houses in Grasmere, which won the 2010 MBA Merit for best contract home over $1 Million.
The house has a grand feel. The entry leads to a luxurious sunken formal lounge room complete with a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a presidential suite feel to it, with its parents retreat lounge room, large balcony, walk in robe, and unique styled ensuite with open ended shower.
The fully tiled alfresco area includes an outdoor fireplace, and is accessible from the kitchen/meals area as well as the bar/games room. The pool is cleverly situated between the alfresco and the back wall of the garage to provide wind protection and to create a pleasant view from the formal lounge room.
Other features of this home include 4 bathrooms in total, a 4 car garage with an internal storage room, butler’s kitchen, and a large personal study.
The final house size came in at 700sqm
